I hard restarted the phone and deleted and redownloaded the app, nothing. It tries to open and just crashes.

App was working great and I had no issue with it for a long time until the other day. I tried opening it, and it does not open at all anymore. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and re-logging in and nothing. I even tried restarting my phone several times to see if that would help but nothing. Is something wrong with the app?

I’m not sure what happened to this app, it was just working the other day then today the app just crashes when opened. Can we get an update on this app?

This Hass to be the worst app I’ve ever used in my entire life

Carrier had a working app that was great. This app does not work for all thermostats from carrier not even the new ones. I contacted our HVAC company and they are saying lots of customers are complaining but Carrier does not care!!

HomeKit stopped working. Get your act together!!!!

I should have read these reviews before I bought this new system! I can’t even find an app where I can log into my system! Website in Owner’s Manual is incorrect! I give zero stars!

Absolutely useless app

Have had no issues - works just fine for the 6 years we've had it. Only now and then do I need to reboot it, which is easy; pull it out then push it back in. Scheduling is good, iPhone or PC management is easy. No issues really. Only wrote this all out because the one negative review doesn't capture the entire experience with this.

There is never an update and no longer works on my iPhone which is IOS 16.5. When will this be updated or is there a new app? I need the convenience.
