Thought it looked too good to be true, but now the secure photo library access isn’t working and has me locked out of my passwords. Sure a waste of time setting them all up only to not be able to access. And no response from support after contacting twice.

Bought the VIP version and it quit working entirely.

I’ve been using this password saver for several years it’s been flawless never had any issues great product

Also need support for PW reset and no one responds. Does anyone know what the PW requirements are, if any? HELP

Love this app

This app is great - very easy to use. However, I recently tried to send in a request for support and could not get the form to work. Disappointed. There is one entry needed on the form but there really isn’t a good way to understand what the form is asking for. It says something like “Enter Device O...” No idea what this means or what information it is asking for.
