One of the critical functions of bumble that I valued was backswipe. You used to be able to shake the phone and rewind a swipe. Well it costs 10.99 now to do that for a week. Update: I installed this again 5 years later after my long term relationship sadly ended. The app has become more of a paygate money oriented system.

I wanted to be excited for the relaunch, but I can’t use the app at all because it’s so glitchy. It won’t let me get past the questions about whether I want to enter my interests. I can’t even open my profile or swipe!

Nearly every photo uploaded is automatically moderated (deleted). Have to go thru an email process to get your photos restored. They claim it’s not automated, clearly a bad algorithm that needs fixing.

The man I matched with bumble has been my boyfriend for two years and is soon to be my fiancé! Everyone tells us that they got instant soul mate energy from us, and we’re most certain they’re correct. Thank you bumble for helping me meet the love of my life!!

Need to be more developed

I’ve used this app before multiple times and every time I get a like on my profile I have to pay to see who liked me which is completely wrong and whenever I have asked the bumble support team for help there service has sucked I wish this app would go back to being free

I purchased a Premium membership, yet don’t have access to the promised features. Tech support is not interested. Avoid!

Support won’t answer my emails but I haven’t been able to access the app for months. They won’t reply at all or give me a reason why I was banned. I didn’t break any rules whatsoever or act in any way that would cause this. What a joke. No wonder everybody’s using Hinge instead Edit: developer responded with a generic non-answer like they send everyone else. I didn’t do anything to violate your rules. I’ve already reached out to support for a manual review via Twitter and Facebook and have gotten no response. I’m not convince actual humans are handling any of this. Please reinstate my account since I did not break any rules or behave inappropriately, this is a joke.

The new Opening Move for ladies doesn’t work- the men dont notice that the opening move lets them chat back so they just wait for the regular first message. Pointless. Then when I try to delete the whole opening move, it won’t let me. The app also doesn’t let me delete some of the answers I gave on my profile to the questions. Once I add the answer, it won’t let me delete it. Only lets me change my answer.

All the good features of this app cost money. For example Bumble doesn’t allow you see people who have liked your profile unless you’ve either paid for their premium membership or you have already swiped right on their profile… Hinge is way better and easier to meet someone without having to pay money. Sorry but the only thing Bumble really has going for it over other dating apps is an more ascetically pleasing user interface :( UPDATE: the developer responded and and said that all of their features are free to use which is an ABSOLUTE LIE. There are many/most of the Bumble features that you have to pay for in order to use that are ABSOLUTELY FREE ON Hinge.
