    Ordered a breakfast through the app and it charged me. When I got to the location they said breakfast was over and they couldn’t give me my food. I couldn’t get a refund with them and said I had to do it through the app. Went to the app and there isn’t much info on how to contact them besides an email for feedback.

    The location nearest to my home is constantly turning off their mobile orders which makes Ordering for delivery impossible. It would be great to have an option to choose a restaurant similar to how you can for a pick up order.

    Everything works well until you try to pay for your order, then tells you that there’s no connectivity and to restart the app. Except restarting the app fixes nothing. I have NO ISSUES ordering from your competitors when this happens, though, so I know it’s not an actual connectivity issue.

    I love how the app is personalized and I can customize my order the way I want it. I also like how I can get free food when I have enough points!!

    My sis and mom went shopping and decided they wanted some Mac Donald’s and so I made the order and locked my phone and waited for them to get closer in hopes to a fresher order and come to find out when I finished completing the order pay for it I found out that it ended up sending the order to our normal McDonalds even though I had changed the pickup to bet where they were

    For some reason the app likes to crash multiple times over as I’m trying to place a order. I also don’t like how locations will cancel an order because curbside is closed. If the store cancels an order, rewards and deals should be immediately available again.
