  • Punished for using rewards

    This is the only app I know of that penalizes you for using rewards. It has gotten to the point that I need to sit through a 15 minute cooldown after launching the app to use dead and rewards that I EARNED. This coupled with recent price increases makes me seriously consider never ordering McDonalds again. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable behavior from this app and company.

    Consistently garbage app. 80% of the time the app experiences "technical difficulties" when ordering for drive thru. If you try another pickup method at checkout, it won't let you change to drive thru on arrival if you ordered while on the property. Not helpful when trapped in the drive thru lane and you cannot pick up any other way without going through the whole line, and the employee says they can't help either. App consistently glitches if you try to use a deal from the Deals tab, it has to be through Order>Deals. You would think one of the biggest fast food companies in the world would spend a little more for a quality app experience, but this app just makes corporate look as cheap as they are

  • Deal doesn’t work—Update

    Update— Another problem is that when I use the deal shortly before midnight, it vanishes for the next day. ( This is the free fries with drink purchase deal) I tried to use the deal to get free fries with purchase of a soft drink. I tried to do it and the app just wouldn’t do it. The kiosks have been causing problems with this deal, but this is the first time I’ve had the app do this when trying to order at a human cashier.

    I ordered through the app, elected drive thru for pickup, but was told to pull over to the side and someone will bring my order out to me. I then watch 5 cars order and get their food before my order was brought out to me. My order was for 3 meals and not that complicated.

    The app is useful but since the recent update it’s showing me breakfast options at supper not the lunch/supper menu items hope this gets fixed

    The app messes up on my location enough times that it has lost the one time a week deal and I just canceled and went to Wendy’s
