    I’m not changing this until I’m able to substitute my got dang egg in my big breakfast. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever had to contact a company about but newsflash, nobody likes the scrambled egg dog treats. Add more substitution options to the app if yall want a better review from me.

    Every time I try to order from the app it will only let me order breakfast food and it will be like 10pm figured it would get fixed but it’s been a week

  • MONOPOLY SCAM

    There is no scanner section on this app for the monopoly codes and searching on the website it says to refer to the app which, again, does not have the scanner or a manual input section to see if Monopoly tabs are winners or not. If this isn’t corrected I’d recommended other users to join a class action suit for fraud since McDonald’s would be willfully, knowingly, and/or negligently using advertising to entice customers to purchase items with the false premise of winning various items. Even if they limit the scanners randomly on different downloads of the app they’re still purposely limiting people’s ability to win. Keep an I on this folks.

    every time i have tried to place a drive through order, their system says my order was cancelled and that i have to actually cancel my order and reorder it. i have lost so many deals because i lose the coupons i used in the original order.

  • Keeps Crashing

    I have an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS up to date. This app used to work and now is unstable and keeps constantly crashing at all points in the order process. The last couple days/week it has crashed every single time at checkout. It has CHARGED me and then crashes, doesn’t give me a code and when I go to the drive-through (because the charge did come out my bank) I have to have a lengthy discussion and explanation. And then show the store the text from both the bank and the email confirmation of the order, Fix this app. And to people who use it, it it crashes at check out make sure you are not being charged. Will not use this app again, and it’s probably better for us anyway to stop eating here. There are better options nearby even if they are less convenient.
