This app is incredibly difficult to remove yourself from the membership that you choose. The application itself doesn’t allow you to remove yourself from their services. You must go through a online portal. I’ve talked to customer service last year to cancel my annual subscription and sure enough I just got charged again. I sent a request through there contact us portal. I feel like this app could provide value, but not for the hassle. Just go on YouTube and learn from someone else.

You can not get refund if your membership gets renewed either automatically or mistakenly.

I really enjoyed using this app but the customer support policy refuses to refund a duplicate purchase made on the same day on the same card with the same Apple payment. It’s a terrible policy and I will be reviewing everywhere I can to let other people know it.

I’m only rating this one star because the pass is stupid. You can only see the first thing which is the introduction which doesn’t show anything it’s messed up to me and probably to a lot of other people if you’re gonna have a path like make it like $5.99 a week or $20 a month not $30 a month that’s messed up and over 100 bucks a year I’ve seen passes that are like $50.99 a year that is reasonable think about all these people who want to build up amazing hobbies and they can’t use YouTube or something they’re only option is Skillshare and they have to buy it. I think buying the equipment is enough like I have $50 sketchbook and like $30 pencils they are really good sketchbook and pencils. I think that should be enough I mean I get wanting money but this is the way to do it.

iOS make your subscription yet you can’t cancel through the app or App Store. Making it an entire scam if you are not going to use it for the rest of your life. Please stay away if you’re just trying it out and not actually going to use it for the rest of your life.

The app crashed in the middle of a lesson. It wanted to use the website to log me in, but it kept stalling and giving me an error message. The website works. I tried to contact support but just got faqs.

The value is the best I have found so far. There are tons of useful categories and you could spend everyday learning something different. This is my go-to site for languages , crafting, organizing and much more. I highly recommend this for variety.

I have had a subscription for almost three years and I have continued to find classes that interest me. The teachers are very good.
