    If you want to practice or learn Tai Chi, this app helps you like an instructor. Slow exercise is different kind of exercise. Instead of fast pace you do everything in a calm matter. This kind of exercise relaxes your body and mind. You could see all exercise routines as illustrations which are easy to understand. Also instead of reading what to do, you could use voice commands.
