This company’s core product has links to all their exercise showing how to do the exercise. Here it’s just 1pic, and you’re on your own. You’ll spend an hour with a search engine figuring out how to do a 10 minute routine

I took the quiz and then signed up for a 3 month plan. I paid for the 3 mo plan. Now the site wants to charge me again and there is no where on the app to set up an account so you can get in.

First off, I’ve never been able to keep motivated to lose weight. This app makes it easy to do just that. It has music, it’s easy to set up the perfect “plan” for you, keeps track of calories and weight goals. I highly suggest.

Those exercises help you to find your strengths and weaknesses- but better done on a firm mat or mattress!

What happened to the free app. Gimmick! Nothing is free in life. Complete false advertising way to try to hook me.

I purchased this app for the wall Pilates. There is none as far as i can tell. I only have access to a very basic four week program that is super boring after you’ve done it once. There is no customization that i can see. The screenshots advertised are nothing like what you get. Big waste of $40 and no replies to emails asking for support. 100% do not recommend.
