I downloaded this app because I do not have a physical remote for my LG TV. When I come to set up the app, it tells me to confirm the application with my physical remote on my TV. which makes absolutely no sense because I do not have the physical remote. This app is a rip off, and I do not like it. I would never download it again worst app ever.

This app no longer works for my LG smart tv. When I click on it, it asks me to download an app for Google devices. I tried that, and surprise, that does not work either because this is an LG tv, not a Google device.

Ok/Enter button refuses to work. Troubleshoot many things, many buttons work except the most important…

Used to be a great app. So many ads now it’s unusable.

So, everytime I click “Ok” on the app, it wants me to play for a stupid Premium Membership to “Unlock Full Remote”. It’s a Remote Control app, the “Ok” button should not be locked behind a paywall.

Ads are suddenly back on the app so don’t bother paying for it thanks for nothing

I don't really understand the concept of subscribing to a remote app, when a physcial remote is only $30, even though I see it has become a common practice in my search for an alternative app. I will say that your app is still the most accessible to me. I am disabled and cannot use a physical remote. However, the same limitations are present in your premium upgrade. I chose a year subscription. I still have to reconnect my tv each time and the app still does not turn on the tv. I know there is a complication in having the app turn on the LG. However, the Youtube app has always been able to turn on my tv when I hit "cast". And now LG's own LG ThinQ turns the tv on, which is super handy. So you may be able to do it one day too on your app. I have much appreciated using your app the last 5 years. In the spirit of the old sharer support concept, I am happy to pay a one year subscription price. I did notice that remote apps offer a lifetime option as opposed to a subscription. You might want to consider adding that choice.

Ads to find the remote now, seriously?! The LG ThinQ app is free….and if your tv works with this terrible app, you can connect to ThinQ…. $5 a week?? I don’t think so 😂
