I have been using these 7 minute workouts for a while and recommending it to my friends, however, this latest update is annoying and I am now looking for a replacement. The app now has running ads along the bottom including video with sound that you cannot turn off and so you will get random talking in the middle of the workout. Truly annoying and ridiculous.
