Confirmed email and goes back to App Store to open . Click click click . Never works .

It’s gotten better in that more ppl seem to be on here now but omg it’s so buggy. I keep getting ppl I disliked showing up on my likes no matter how many times I do it. Now my likes page isn’t even loading at all. The worst part is the customer service has become non existent. That’s a shame bc a couple years ago I remember having a nicer experience. Now I can’t get a hold on anyone. No one cares. It’s really a slap in the face. Even for paying members. They need to do better.

This app was great until they upgraded. Not it’s less user friendly, buggy, and often crashes. It was the best hookup app available before … now it’s not worth the hassle or money. Their customer service is worthless as well …..

I’ve been using Feeld since November 2023 and have met a few really great people and made some wonderful connections! One major problem is that even though I’ve paid for a premium membership, I haven’t been able to consistently see my Likes or Matches for months and whenever I report an issue, I don’t get any response from their Support Team other than “our engineers are working on it.” I’m sure they are working on it but it would be nice to know whether I’m getting a refund or an extension of my membership since I’ve not benefited from premium benefits for the majority of the time I’ve subscribed!

What’s really going on with your App. You are not sending registration link for new users, Can you get this fixed pls. It’s been a week I’ve trying ti register but not receiving the regurgitation link in my mail.

App bugs are bad

I set my max distance to 10 miles so why am I seeing people 20 miles away, 100s of miles away, and even 1000s of miles away?

Please save your time & money & delete this useless app

If you see someone you like, you CANT send them a message. Perfect, thanks, Feeld! You have to wait until they find the time to sift thru 800 profiles , swiping on each, so that you can match with them so that you can write to them. Life is busy, it might be 4 months before they find that time. Feels Sisyphean. Pointless.
