    I opened up coinbase and coinbase wallet account and accidentally deleted the coinbase wallet account before setting up 12 word security. I have funds in there but can’t access them because it has no way to get into account without the 12 word security…and no one responds to emails and no call back when I requested one from customer support. If you’re reading this please help coinbase or if anyone else can suggest something as well.

    Bought 60 bucks of xrp equivalent to 100-110 xrp coins. Was cool… Logged on next day - Transaction history wiped- and I’m missing my crypto… Tryed to get help with customer service and got denied service after confirming my account and sending them bank statements that the money came out of my account. Crypto is a definitely a Ponzi scheme. They continued to tell me that it might just be processing wait 3 days. It was in my account and it was taken a dive. Was just holding onto it with hopes it got better but before I knew it, it magically disappeared, never got confirmation saying I bought it either too but my bank account sure tells me that the money was taken out of my account and the purchase was made so for anyone downloading this app… APP IS GLITCHY and THEY ROBBED ME. Beware that crypto may just be one big Ponzi scheme for I am now missing my crypto, and transaction history off the app and they are not willing to help me recovering or finding the funds that were pulled from my personal bank account. Going to report fraud to my bank account in the morning just cause now my info is on this glitchy app and I fear of digital robbery or my data or info being sold or stolen. Was really looking forward to the blow up of xrp next year. Too bad this app robbing coins and not taken the proper measures and actions to recover what was A. Either stolen or B. Just glitched off my account over night. I have presented evidence that the money was taken from my account by coinbase itself and they denied me of service and support or to even investigate the missing crypto. So BEWARE.

    Who puts a hold on 50$ for 4 days I literally just wanted to put some money in my online betting account and it made it impossible lol. I’ve done it before idk what they changed. Will definitely never use Coinbase again

    I get the need for security, but this app is more of a pain in the butt to get into than any other. I constantly enable Face ID to open the app yet every single time I close the app it turns it off, and I have to go through multi factor authentication to get back in again.

    Services are god awful ,the live support isn’t too bad but the transaction, transfer and withdrawal processes had to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with as far as a crypto-banking/management app! It literally takes weeks for a single transaction whether your withdrawing ,depositing or transferring. Even if you have the dumb subscription it does literally NOTHING!! Having the account open for years does NOTHING!! But I find it odd they can take a 29.99 subscription I didn’t subscribe to ever cause the app is so terrible at the speed of light!! Then for a refund it takes a week?? Unbelievable… the worst app I ever used in existence! But the customer service is pretty good and interactive.
