    At first it was hard for me to get on the train for the new look this app had to offer. There were definitely some parts that I liked about the previous version which multiplied my biases for the current version. Such as choosing individual workouts. Now everything is compiled into one big routine for 30-days, which isn’t so much a terrible thing for me since I still feel like I’m getting the progress into my body and the sweat from the workout. So all in all, I’d say it’s a pretty alright change.

    I truly enjoy the app as the explanation for the exercises is very clear and concise, the timer works great and lets you know when time is approaching so you can push through the exercises. As a 63 year old overweight male I appreciate that the beginner exercises are easy to perform while st the same time pushes you to be able to complete the task and therefore increase confidence. The only negative is that the app freezes from time to time so you need to delete the app and bring it back. Would highly recommend this app. Mike Orange 59 Syracuse, NY

    I was looking for a way to mix up my regimen which is usually yoga. I wanted options and variety without a subscription. So far no ads or subscriptions. There are a number of different workouts to choose from and there are video explanations of each move, some with variations, and cautions about mistakes to look out for. You can launch the timed workout or just do the exercises as you wish. You can track your progress too - I believe that is only with the timed workouts. I love that there’s a ‘no jumping’ workout, because I live in an apartment over other people! So far, so pleased. Well done, thank you!
