Total app update L. MY LOGIN WORKS ON THE WEBSITE AND NOT THE APP. developers are trash

The app is OK, but it has issues loading new pages throughout the process

The La Salle location is wonderful. The new (corporate) app is NOT! But the staff at this location helped me navigate through this new app so kudos to them!!!

Trying to order delivery, it asks for a phone number which I enter. Then it still gives an error to enter the phone number. Won’t work and won’t allow you to order. The app support link just goes to the main Incentivo web page but doesn’t specifically help with Protein Bar.

I love that there is a healthy option nearby. Convenience, quality and satisfying.

I like to try all the different bowls but my favorite is the Japanese bbq salmon

The app is where it’s at, fast-easy and convenient.

If you order then realize the location is wrong you have to go back, change location then start order all over again, and I was close to the top level then they reset my account. Now I’m back at first level for rewards.
