    When it actually works it’s great but I run into frequent bugs. Print then cut NEVER works the way I want it to on here. Other than that using the actual Cricut to cut things is great .

    JUNK!! Update #14 and the eraser select wand for IOS is STILL UNUSABLE!!! The Design Space app is WORTHLESS!!! For 3 months I haven’t been able to edit anything!! I’ve remained hopefully that the dozens of issues would be remedied with each update and each time I’ve been extremely let down! For the love of whoever you call God, FIX THE EDITING SELECT TOOL!!!! For 3 months you’ve been happily collecting my money without providing a usable product. My paid subscription ends at the end of this month and I will not be renewing it unless the app issues for IOS is fixed. And yes, my phone and everything else is up to date and compatible and I’ve tried every possible work around. I’ve literally spent hours trying to get your app to function at an acceptable level and I’m done wasting my time with it. And no, don’t ask me to contact you guys so that you can help solve “my” problem. Everyone who isn’t receiving monetary compensation from Cricut is having problems with the app and EVERYONE KNOWS IT!!! FIX THE APP AND EDITING TOOL!!!

    The iPad app is terrible - app crashes all the time, loses jobs in the middle of cutting, now with the recent update there is NO WAY to sort uploaded images into only the images I’VE uploaded compared to the 995,000 available, absolutely a joke of an update. App has been used on an iPad Pro running iOS 17. FIX YOUR APP!!

    When I first got the app it was completely fine but now it's starting to have really bad performance, I can't even click anything because it freezes everything is just very slow every other app I have works perfect it's only this one so I know it's not my phone.

    Its awsome. Everything is easy to use but if you’re confused, there’s always a lot of videos and tutorials that are offered. I only hate that they keep signing me out, and I have to sign back in each time.

    I can’t clean the design properly every time I hover over the part of design it cleans a whole other part of the design that I need it’s like every time the app update something else mess up

    Hopefully you don’t plan on creating your own designs outside of the Cricut app. If you don’t pay the monthly subscription, design space purposely will mess up little details of your designs. How dare I use a font that isnt theirs for $5.99. Will not keep straight lines straight or spaces spaced. I don’t know if it’s meant to protect work from being ripped off or frustrate you into fully buying their services, but when it comes down to it, I paid almost $300 for my machine. Let me make my designs please. Yes I know how files work. I know how to transport them, I know how to keep pixels and letters nice from the transition of the programs I use to the Cricut app. I understand their “updates” are supposed to fix bugs. I understand all of that. The problem lies within the app itself. It cannot even keep a simple, most basic, clean cut svg straight. The app wants you to make your stuff in design space, however most people would like to expand beyond this, and not pay $10+ every month to use a machine they already overpaid for!

    This app is good and can come in very handy. The app has had many updates but seems to have improved until as of late. The snap mat feature is my favorite but with the last few updates my snap mat is not working right. I really miss it. I work with children and it helps them to create. Please tell me why it will not snap and why even if I put my phone down it still shows it shaking all over. I really like this app it has so much potential and a great place to see ideas come to life. I used a level on the counter and then put my phone beside it and the balance balls still will not stop bouncing all over the place
