My children loved using epic. Suddenly my kid runs up to me and says “mom I can’t get into my account.” I try to get in but no such luck. Epic still won’t even let me create new accounts!

I’ve paid for the year subscription $79 and I tried to log in and It doesn’t recognize my email and what they respond? Due to a high volume of requests associated with back to school, expect a response in approximately one week from today. Note that sending in multiple messages will slow down the response process, so we advise against that. Seriously? A week? Don’t invest your money on this app I don’t recommend it

My student’s reading logs are not reporting correctly online (just shows 0 minutes read each day). This started happening mid-September. I submitted a trouble ticket at the time and have heard nothing back from tech support nor has the issue been fixed. It has now been 2 weeks. I even tried to follow up via email…crickets. Their website provides no telephone number, live chat or alternative way to contact. Everything is great when features work, but the lack of customer service is frustrating when things don’t. Glad I have a free educator account otherwise I would not be happy paying for a service where there isn’t live or responsive customer support.

I downloaded the app and paid the subscription because my kids use it for school. The app has never worked correctly and nobody will respond to my service requests. There are no phone numbers to call for support.

I login and subscribe with Apple ID. But the app automatically logout and it always engage login issues when I try to login back with Apple ID. I subscribed a whole year but because of this issue I probably only got 9 or 10 months’ use. The customer service is terrible. No one to reach out for fix your problem.
