  • Glitches? Can’t finish some books-it’s not our internet.

My daughter likes some books on this app, and we really like the eggs. She has 20 or so, and they’re starting to feel repetitive, though she likes feeling accomplished after counting them every night. There is a glitch or something. We get halfway through some books and the pages load…and load…..and load. I’ve switched internet, restarted the devices, changed devices, downloaded the titles, and also deleted and redownloaded the app. It still happens. I’d like to not feel anxious starting a book thinking “are we going to be able to finish this one?” Not sure anyone else is having this issue, but it’s a problem.
