There are 3 different plans, starting at $49/month, that are flexible to your business’ needs. Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.   • Racially Profiled - MINORITIES STAY AWAY

    After using their services since they were in there Beta testing days, one of their team members racially profiled me and cutoff my ability to accept credit cards. He asked for proof of my business which I happily provided. I included my business tax returns which were 6 figures, photo copy of ID and a local newspaper article with my picture in a write up about by businesses and my future business endeavors. Not to mention the gentleman already had years worth of transaction records on HCP account. He blamed it on Stripe. Little did he know I had already contacted Stripe as soon as I was surprised by such a request after years of business. I then sent him the email Stripe sent to me in regards to our conversation stating they had no such knowledge of any inconvenience and my custom account through HCP was good to go on their end. Needless to say, the gentleman deleted that thread of messages from my history but I had already made screenshots. I reported the incident and now they’re just attempting to cover it up. Stay away Minority business owners. Out of a staff of 632….they only have 12 people of color. Thank God for Affirmative Action. Expect minority support campaigns shortly. Mark the date of this review. Enjoy the show but don’t support.

    I’ve tried numerous time to get technical support to help me, they would never return my call and to date I’ve not received any help as I asked for. Technical support does not exist

    This company has perfected there program. It does everything you can think of. The customer service is amazing! Always get everything resolved with that same person without being bounced around or having to wait. The program has saved me time, headache, stress and money! They deserve more than a 5 star!!! Very please with them! Also the rate are very fair … thank you!!!
  • No fraud protection do not use for card payments

    There is no fraud protection if your account is compromised. I had a payment redirected to somebody rides bank account, notified Housecall the same day the banking was changed just to find out they have no ability to protect your money or bsbing information.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled my phone app and still can’t access my whole crews schedule or even my estimates. I am usually on the road and need to access these things from my phone with little to no service. This set up is not user friendly and not worth the $170 a month and the head ache. The phone app should have the same access and use ability as the desk top/ website. I will be canceling my service next month.
