Push notofication not working now (earlier it worked) , so app now is useless

Love this app.

This app needs to be updated to work with iOS 16 or later. The app freezes as soon as you open it with iOS 16.

I’ve used this app with 2 cameras for years. Does a good job with everything. We like it’s ability to pan and tilt the angle of view. In fact, my wish is to find out which cameras are natively compatible with EyeCloud so we can buy another and still use the same app. Any recommendations or website links with cameras supported by EyeCloud?

I use to get alerts all the time but they just stop, about 2 weeks ago when I bought the 12 months cloud storage. I don’t get any kind of notification and I don’t know how to even ask for a refund or how to get alerted again.

I’ve been using this video camera okay for a couple of years until moved and the networked was changed. Could not figure out how to reconnect the camera or get it back online. There is no information how and whom to contact for technical support. If there is anyone, please help!

I used app successfully for many years. But not recently. The app opens. My login and password are there but when I click on login nothing happens. I cannot login to app to access support. Can you please provide assistance. Thank you.

Located in second home. Freezes and impossible to reset without driving 90 miles (one way). Now it won’t let me see saved alerts. What good is that??!!

These are great cams had them a few years and never had a problem with them at all great products

Since updating I lost connection… can’t reconnect. Help!
