The issues mentioned by others seem to be resolved. I love revisiting our home of 26 years in the photos and articles. Good job, Alaska Magazine!!

Absolute scam. I have called and emailed to get access only to be hung up on, told the issue was fixed, not responded to, and am left frustrated and out of money. Terrible! Such an amazing magazine only to have a dark cloud over them now by this scam.

Over a year trying to view my subscriptions and they try a new provider that can’t seem to get there head out of there a## and listen to the people I have been trying to work with vender and they don’t even follow up with you for over a month Same issue with iOS 8,9,10,11,12,and even 13 This is un reasonable and need to raise a fraud alert with the FCC, Apple and treasury Let’s lite a fire under there a## I love the mag. And am pi***d off that I cannot view them Stay away until they get fixed!!!!!

Subscribed to digital version of magazine. Received link to install app on Apple. Downloaded and tried plugging in user ID and Password. Got invalid acct. No response from developer or magazine customer support. Stick with Amazon for purchases and buy books on Kindle. This experience is disappointing and on top of that, company likes to foist auto renewal on customers.

Subscribed, downloaded the App and can’t get past the first 8 pages. Asks me to Login or subscribe. I can’t get logged in. Doesn’t recognize me.

Got subscription in December and no new issues in the app. Emailed customer service in January and still haven’t got a response. Hopefully can contact a person to get a refund. Stick to buying the magazine in the store.

Sounds like lots of people are having this problem. Sad, and such a good magazine.

I love reading Alaska Magazine. However, since the release of the June 2017 issue, no new issues have shown up in the app version. Would love to see the issues I am paying for.

App retains the downloaded magazines on your iPad quickly becoming a memory hog. Cleared off the app and downloaded it again and it won't load at all now. No customer support available evidently.

Good printed magazine, but avoid online subscription. ITunes subcription more expensive than digital subscription on website that uses same app. Customer service is useless- I finally gave up on trying to get credit for an annual renewal that I paid for but never showed up. Monthly issue downloads are inconsistent- often not available until late in month. App last updated in 2014. Subscribe at your own risk. Not renewing again.
