Does not allow for deleting foods entered in error and the AI scanning meals never worked properly. Cancelled within 3 days of purchasing 3 months and refund was refused

App states that it had a 7 day trial. Then instead proceeded to charge me for the entire year $80

Don’t download this app. There is supposed to be a free trial. I downloaded and cancelled immediately because I didn’t like what I saw. It says I cancelled but I still have access for a year. Continued to keep trying to charge my card $39.99 even though I cancelled within the trial period. I had to get Apple support involved because this app locked up any new app downloads for me due to the subscription was stuck. Had to pay for the subscription and am currently waiting on a refund. Such a inconvenience. Don’t say it’s a free trial if it’s not!!! I would give zero stars if I could. False advertisement.

I just did an annual enrollment because I saw it had good reviews. I can’t even scan a cup of coffee with cream It doesn’t recognize it and also if I scan a barcode and let’s say that the serving is two pieces but I only ate one piece . It won’t let me change it to one piece very disappointed with this app. I purchased this app thinking that it would save me time by scanning and not logging my food one by one that was the whole purpose of me getting this app and it does not work at all. The food has to be very simple. If it is broccoli and cheese, it will not give you any info tells you to rescan . FRUSTRATED!!!!’

This app makes you spend 10 minutes to ‘tailor your routine’. It makes you spend so much time to enter details. And at the last page, asks you to pay. This is a trap that they want you to fall into. If they were transparent about their app not being free, they could just tell us this before. Disgusting

It says “7-day free trial” then does an unboxing animation switching you to a “special offer” that sounds the same but cheaper, only now there is no trial and it charges immediately. Shocked that Apple approved this in review. Be forewarned you’ll be charged for the full year up front. Also it said one slice of pizza is over 1k calories which seems wrong so even if you do pay the AI is bad.

I just did a year subscription last night and i tried the scan food to see how accurate. I had a simple salad to scan macros and it’s already giving me error messages. I tried so many times and it didn’t work. I placed my food in a well-lit area for better lighting and still failed. Already this app is giving me anxiety and i don’t need it. I thought it will be easy but good luck with that. Subscription is already expensive so i decided to not proceed. I want a refund. I am not recommending this. It needs improvement.

Kind of hate this app. Unless you are cooking exactly the recipe they are offering . I tried to scan three things, and the barcodes weren’t found. I tried to input myself manually, but if it isn’t exactly the quantity they have you can’t adjust it. I’ve tried twice to use this, and I’m removing it. No input for exercise. Waste of time. Update: sent an email and no reply from developer. Update: emailed support was bounced back.

I like the app so far. The AI feature is pretty cool and useful when it’s working. The barcode scan is a great feature!! I just wish there was a way to manually input nutritional information, otherwise I just have to ballpark a similar item and it’s not accurate.

I was charged $39.00 4 days before the 7 day trial was over. I would be hesitant to try this app on a trial basis. I am not that pleased with the app. Not one of the ai pics has worked to show nutrition.
