It's interesting the rating chart shows some lesser ratings but when you try to find the comments for them they are not available. Hummmm wondering what they are trying to hide from us?????

This app buffers non stop! I purchased this app based on reviews and cannot use it. It times out and will not advance forward with a plan! Buy at your own risk!

Just wasted $16 so you don’t have to. Downloaded this with hopes of good workouts but it’s basically the same reps repeated between what is touted to be different workouts. For example on arms, one workout shows 40 different exercises but it’s really only 5 repeated 8 times over. It also uses 3 or 4 of the exercises (say for Arm Sculpting) for another called “Shoulder Strength Training”. In the end not much variety and mostly recycled exercises.

This is a great app for learning the correct way to getting in shape !!!! Must try !!!!
