why are you lot trying to force me into buying a subscription? I can’t even get into the game because that “Become a member” page won’t go away after the questionnaire.

I’m obsessed with one particular story in the game that I’ve replayed it probably 10 times just to get the premium choices because of how much the gems are. Why do I have to wait 20 days for a new log in week prizes??? I guarantee you’d get more players if you made it slightly more reasonable. Also the daily spin is so rigged it’s not even funny🤣🤣

This is a great storyline here but having to purchase stars for any good items when only one out of three is free kinda lowered my expectations.

this app is horrible! i was trying to buy 0.99 cent gems or whatever- and then i look at my Apple Pay and it says i have been charged for $21 worth of it. why would i spend that much on a game?!?? i better get a refund from apple or else

My first time using this and I did the subscription and bought hearts for a story. I was on chapter 12 of 20. Somehow it kicked me all the way back to chapter 2 and I lost all the hearts I had purchased. I asked them for a refund or to restore the hearts I purchased or even my progress in the story. They recommended deleting and reinstalling app, so I did and NOTHING changed. Still stuck on chapter 2. Honestly a let down.

I downloaded this game and wanted to play a nice steamy game. So much so that I decided to do the trial period, I closed the app and honestly forgot to cancel and was charged the $8 for the membership. Okay, I was going to take the loss and just ACTUALLY use it. But I can’t even do that because the game can’t find a subscription, which is active until the 29th of April. So I just paid money for no reason 🤬
