Developers can you fix the app because when i use the ai it tells me “Cannot answer: cancelled” and I do not know why it’s glitching and having bugs. I liked the app and it helped me out so much but please fix the ai chat bots answering functionality.

The app initially looks cute, exactly what we were looking for. However, when you ask a pre-created question, or create your own, it says it cannot answer. Then I tried to remove it, and it removes off the Home Screen but will not remove completely. So I’m stuck with an ai bot app for my kid that does not remove and does not work. So is it tracking? Also, there is no way to request help.
