This app is complete trash. It’s not intuitive to use, crashes often, and is full of glitches. The most recent update allows for ads to play before you watch any video, which makes sense because nothing good comes for free and you have to invest in a product to make it better… except this app is nowhere near good and only gets worse with time. Really disappointed there isn’t another way to watch biathlon in the US.

Does anything work on this app? What a disaster. Nagravision needs to send all their management back to school to learn what quality assurance is.

New ad structure causes AirPlay to be unusable

I live in the U.S., so this app is the only way I can watch biathlon with the exception of a few YouTube videos. It worked well for the first few days, and then stopped functioning. I use it with my phone and Roku TV. Now every time I want to watch, I have to delete the app from my phone and download it again for it to work with AirPlay. Wish I could give the app zero stars.

With the addition of ads, AirPlay has now become impossible. The ads begin playing until cutting to an endless cycle of buffering. It was going fine for a while until this recent update. Back to the desktop with ad-blockers enabled!

Thr replay videos cut out when I go check a text or anything else. Then I have to back up and find the video again and start from the beginning. And now I have to watch a minute of ads every time this happens. I love biathlon but this app is terrible.

The new update to add commercials at the beginning of the replay now inhibits the replay from playing in airplay. The adds play but the actual replay never starts after the advertisements. If you go past the ads on your iphone or iPad then try to AirPlay the video bounces back to an advertisement death loop. Does anyone test their features anymore? I was recommending the app to all my U.S. biathlon friend but now I have to retract my recommendation. We at least made it through the world championships before this bad update.

What did you do ?! For the last month it has working fine and now after your latest update it doesn’t mirror image on my Apple TV ! Come on ! So frustrating 😡

I've never seen an app so poorly tested. Do you have QA at all? How do these versions ever even make it to your staging environment, let alone production?! IF YOU ARE GOING TO AD ADVERTISEMENTS TO YOUR APP, MAYBE THAT SHOULDN'T BREAK IT AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH THE ACTUAL CONTENT. And better yet, thanks for forcing the rewatching of multiple, LENGTHY ads every time your app screws up the video feed, locks up, or otherwise fails. This is repeated complete incompetence ad nauseum.

I still can’t get the biathlon events to run over AirPlay. I get an error message: No data from JS license response. It seems that the only upgrade is that now ads are being played prior to the event running. The old Eurovision app worked just fine. This new version is a big disappointment. Please figure out a way to fix this so your US customers can watch the events on a screen bigger than a small computer monitor.
