I purchased a bot and it was trading for 1 to 2 cents a day with $210 dollars in the account and made little to no profit. In 3 days the total profit was +0.06 cents. After paying $497 and investing another $210 into the account i would expect better especially from what was advertised. Long story short i contacted the support team they ANSWERED but did not resolve any problems whatsoever they just told me to put in more funds to compensate for the bot. Im calling scam! Unless you have an absolute boat load of cash to invest into this i dont see how it could be beneficial to anyone trying to pay bills. Waste of time and money and that guaranteed money back is a lie i got ghosted when requsting a refund.

The app needs a serious upgrade compared to the website. It's frustrating! Here's why: Scouting history is a nightmare. I can't sort anything, meaning I'd have to scroll for decades to find old bot records. That's ridiculous! The profit calculations don't add up. My trading gains/losses should be clear and separate from overall market fluctuations. It's confusing as it is. Editing bots on the app is a joke. Where are all the options from the website? It feels like I can hardly customize anything. This app has so much potential, but it needs work. Please invest in improvements – it'll make your users (like me!) much happier.

Still actively searching for a Coinbase trading bot, that isn’t a greedy pig. $50/month to setup a multicoin DCA system is not sustainable for most users. Can’t justify paying more than $20/month. Neat app, get that it’s still glitchy, but it’s disgusting to see basic features being charged a hefty premium…

Love the idea of bots w/ all the tools 3Commas provide and to top it all off - they finally have a subscription fee I can afford!

Number one missing options is notifications. This new app does not have any option for them.

They pretend to solve the problem, but in fact they stall time and eventually close the ticket, with the result that the problem is in the user and not in the system.

Can’t backtest paper trading, you need to pay. Useless.

Although there is some added functionality, the app contains multiple errors. I have logged out and reinstalled the app without success. I am unable to see closed trades, I am met with a “failed to load“ error. The app also does not show the levels at which my safety orders are placed. And accessing the DCA trades that are currently open requires far too many clicks.
