Useless app, request a refund and was denied. Tried sending two faxes and they were NEVER received by the recipient. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This is a simple app and actually works. I downloaded the app in less than 5 minutes and had my medical forms sent same day in my own home. Very convenient and works well. I don’t mind paying a little since I would pay anywhere else but don’t have to drive either.

I have tried several times to put my payment method in which the expiration date falls in between the guidelines but keeps saying in can’t be accepted due to date being outside of the 2024-2044. My expiration date is 2027! I also tried different cards, keeps giving me that message! Didn’t know if this is really a SCAM!

It failed to send fax. Then I applied refund. But they keep charging me for three months without any notice!

I mean yeah its only 49 cents for a 1 week trial but still the title says fax free tf🤦‍♂️

Obviously it free like you claim when you illegally charge my credit card $11.99 someone will sue you one day for doing that to people.

What a rip off—this was for my kids health care.
