Hello, I would like to talk about the premium shipping every time when I go in the app it freezes to buy premium thing and it won’t load ringtones and etc. when the premium payment comes up just like if you want if we want to buy something you guys need to add an expert in there so people could exit out please get to me immediately

the pre-loaded tones are mediocre at best and there's no clear means of actually making a custom tone. wasted $4 on an app that doesn't do what it's advertised to.
