Why can I no longer remove the watermark? I even renewed my subscription and now I’m no longer getting the price I originally signed up for. But I still can’t remove the watermark. That watermark is kind of a dealbreaker.

I was in a collaboration with the owners of the app on TikTok and I generated them thousands of views and was completely ghosted when it was their turn to send payment. Nobody download this app. If I could rate them negatively I would.
