This app has helped me so much in figuring out a way to rewire my brain and be more positive throughout my day. But not only does it do that. First it tells you your age then it asked you what should we work on then the time and then the time again at morning and night and then it popped through the screen that has like everything you need and you can bring this to school whatever you want if your parents is OK
