This extension model is awful. I'll give it a bit longer and then I'm moving to something else.

I bought NordPass for my browser in January. It doesn't work properly with biometrics. But, overall the service works as expected, but not ideal. Worst of all, customer service is inefficient, repetitive, and very delayed. I wanted to download my passwords (export) and wasn't sure about a strange code that showed up. It took over two weeks and lots of run-around from customer service emails before they finally told me it was a one time code identity for the file, and was perfectly safe. Before that, they had told me they were investigating and had no idea when they would have a response for me, if ever. Because biometrics doesn't work, after being set up I decided to cut my losses and request to delete my account. AGAIN, the most impossible run-around of emails from customer service. After supplying proof and all the details requested of my purchase, and after requesting deletion 4 times, and after them saying I supplied everything perfectly and please request deletion once more, so I DID, today they tell me they can't delete yet because I have to verify what service I'm requesting be deleted. This is after attaching the receipt along with all requested info. UNACCEPTABLE run-around. Horrible way to do business. I'm out $25 and way too much time and energy!

I used to be able to aaccess my passwords. NOW nothing works as expectedc qand safari doesnt allow the app to fill my passwords!!! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! Its probably an Apple issue, thats why I ditchede all this overpriced chineese garbage!

I bought a yearly subscription. What a mistake. It does not autofill, keeps asking for master password. If use us the recovery code note it only works once. Wish they had mentioned that. Support is days away. UI is frustrating. Save your money.

Enter master passcode/recovery code, still can not log in. get web address isnt valib most of the time. pretty useless. should be able to jsut auti log in. so far, not happy with NORD.

Using Safari - more times than not it requires cut n paste from Nordpass into the fields. Always required to enter master password an sometimes the Nord vpn password.

What is frustrating is that every time it activates it asks for the Master Password which cannot be entered automatically and is 20 digits long. Apple's Keychain Access and Passwords is much simpler because all I have to do is enter my Passcode for whichever devce I am on, which is only 4 or 6 digits.

I installed this on safari (mac) and all it does it is keep asking me for my email address. Every time I put it in, it just asks for it again. Never moves forward to the password. Not a good start.
