lack of respect. there is no customer at service at all. the app missing good points, make noises when we are on phone call it's not worth having that. My subscription was canceled without asking me and then out of the blue it was reopened…..but I’m still running out of my files!!!

Horrible. Not reliable, takes an inordinate amount of time to transcribe, and the transcription's are mostly inaccurate.

So far service is above 5 I’ve tried, top 5-8 suggested by google search. If holds up, I’ll definitely subscribe yearly. PRICE: can’t beat it. Cheapest out of competitors, service above competitors. One competitor with same name but different icon (white with red dot) was horrible, the # it’s supposed to dial gives error message every time for hours of random trying. When you are deleting profile, it offers 90% off lol. $19.99/year. Awesome deal if it worked. Customer service hasn’t answered back in 24 hours, I can’t be only one with call out errors. THIS APP HANDS DOWN! PRICE IS WORTH IT!! Wish there was a way around the 3-way call and an instant convo recording button like the apple voice app on watch, easy to press button, record convo of meeting, rowdy neighbor, attorney meeting, etc.

It works well and I record easily
