Terrible user interface. Only shows next available appt but it doesn’t allow you to choose the city within the state: terrible app do not purchase. Also, does not allow you to look at future dates that are available like next available. Useless.

I have been attempting to get an appointment with GlobalEntry for over six months after utilizing this app for five minutes I was able to secure an appointment for next week

I have this app installed since Dec 2023 and to date i have not received any appointment information. When you tap to see what’s available all i get is a blank screen with a spinning cursor. No results have ever been displayed. Thank god i had a buddy who used a different app that gave reliable information.

After three years for trying to schedule on line and only accessing appointments in other cities this app allowed me in two days to schedule appointments in St. Louis. Five star review

The app is good, but it isn’t intuitive enough to use. For example: 1. When you set a state as primary, there isn’t a confirmation that it has been set. The state isn’t pinned at the top of the list either. 2. There is no ‘Settings’ section where you can confirm things like State and Notifcations

This app does not provide any notifications for open appointments which is what it’s advertised to do. It’s a scam. Don’t buy.

I was really hoping this would be a huge help and after a couple weeks, it hasn’t done anything. I am not even really able to set my primary state.. it basically just reflects what is on the gov website. waste of $$$ i wish I could get a refund

Was able to get an interview in just two days!!

Finally found the appointment that we were looking for at a location 30 min away. Without this app we probably would’ve had to drive 5 hours away.
