The app generally works well. The Cub Shorewood MN pharmacy staff is just fantastic. The texts to refill are a bit annoying.

Not only is the app easy to manage my prescriptions, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I no longer dread having to carve out time to refill my meds.

The app is ok but it needs to improve.

Kept getting prescription error messages over and over when we transferred our rx to new Cub after our old one closed down to rebuild. Multiple messages and calls to Cub app support got me nowhere for over a month. I finally just created an whole new account with new username and password. The app will send you a PIN number via phone call or text message to validate each patient you add to your account. Enter that PIN number and immediately you will have access to all your prescriptions again. I’m a happy app user once again. Just frustrating that tech support never once suggested making a whole new account.
