Everything updates instantly and loads as promised. I love that paid plans are allowed unlimited devices. I am coming off another brand that recently quit allowing passwords on more than 2 devices. 😀 Keep it up and I’ll remain a customer!

What the heck proton?

On April 02, 2024, I bought a tariff for two years, paid $191, on April 04, when sending a message to myself, my account was blocked! There is no access to more than one service, I wrote a letter to remove the block - the block was not removed, I wrote for a refund - there is no answer either! It's my mistake that I bought it for two years, there is no service and there is no refund of the paid money! I won't contact proton anymore! Addition: the money was never returned, they wrote that the money would not be returned. Tip: do not buy a long subscription. $191 was not returned, the account is blocked.

Can’t even block out cyberattacks

Auto fill on proton pass does not work on a regular basis. I contacted customer support, no resolution to the problem.

I like the access and ease of use. 5 stars once I figure out how to have the information drop into the safari/chrome info fields vs having to switch back and forth. Nevertheless, I have no security concerns.

Is consideration being given to adding support for Chinese?

For this app to shine, it needs automatic capture of login credentials. This does not happen on Safari or Chrome for iPad OS.

This is the best password manager i have used, and over used all of the popular ones.

I feel like Proton Pass is an example of Apple, deliberately, making apps not work properly to force people into the Apple ecosystem. I have clearly set Proton Pass as my password manager, but Apple automatically defaults to the internal passwords UI regardless. The option to select and autofill a password on the iPad Keyboard is ridiculous. The fact that Apple doesn't even allow different keyboards is a clear indicator that they don't want fluid experiences from other services. when I click on a empty text box to add a password, the Proton Pass app is never an option. Apple is continuing to ruin their reputation, and the trust of the users that have put them in the position they are in over the past few decades. I personally will never trust Apple again.
