  • Too many ads even with premium

    While I love all the data I can keep track of with this app, the ads have become too distracting, even with premium and despite turning off all ad-related settings provided by the app. Over the last few months, the amount of ads and notifications for products have skyrocketed. I don’t need ads for a thermometer I already own, lube and prenatals from a company I don’t care for. I will be letting my annual subscription lapse this time around.

    Just downloaded today and the set up really arduous - and some how I got swindled into paying the year long premium subscription for $60 when the page seemed like it was billed monthly at $5 and you’re able to cancel at any time. Even with premium it is NONSTOP ads for these gummies. Push notifications, emails, pops ups every time I open the app and that’s WITH the premium subscription. I can’t imagine how bad the free version of this app is. The interface design is SO busy and so poorly done full of useless info - like why is there a “shopping” tab on my period tracker app? Because of this would NEVER trust anything their selling. It all feels so scammy :/

    I was looking for a fertility tracker while trying to conceive. Unfortunately, this app was not for me due to costs required to use the fertility features. Worst of all, they began spamming my email on a daily basis. They began to spam my inbox on a daily basis, so, like any normal person I chose to unsubscribe from their emails in full, which you would think would work…but no. Se how they’ve found a way around it and continue to spam me with content about their app. It’s super unfortunate that companies can’t just leave people the heck alone who don’t want to use the service they offer. Whoever is in charge of your marketing and promo content needs to update their system so that they can respect people’s wishes.

    I’ve been using this app for 6 years and I use to love it. I loved the entire community that was in it as well, but since they changed the design.. it’s horrible.. to even access anything it requires you to pay. Unfortunately I will be moving onto a new app. Sorry but this is a disappointment.

    Too many updates continue to make this app worse and worse. Now I can’t go in and save changes to anything that I might have accidentally logged for some reason, and the app continues to get more and more AND MORE difficult to navigate. I have something like 150+ cycles logged, so I’ve been using this app for many many years. I’m about to switch to another one because I’m getting so frustrated trying to figure out where everything is moved to, or why I can’t change anything. I tried to write support, and surprise surprise, that doesn’t work correctly anymore either.

    I was using the app and paid for the premium subscription! Everything was going fine and then I didn’t use it for a couple weeks and it erased ALL my documentation and then is telling me to repurchase the premium subscription when it isn’t even due to expire until December 12, 2024!!!! So frustrating and absolutely NO I will not repurchase something I already purchased!!!
