    This app used to work but then it was updated and became slow, unresponsive, and prone to crashing. I don’t understand how they let the update stand to make it worse. Do they not want people to order ahead. Whoever Maxim’s hire to make this app should fired.

    Cannot add money to the starbucks card, loading time is too slow. Kicked out of the app multiple times. Basically, impossible to order through the app. Sbux HK “revamped” the app a while ago, and guess what IT GOT WORSE—blows my mind to know there’s another level of sucking to the already low standard set by the previous app. It is not hard to create a decent app, whoever is responsible, go find yourself another job.

    If I had an option of zero stars I would give that. Options don’t work so is very annoying. Also, the way the rewards program is set up it is just designed to make you spend more money. You can’t even get your usual drink, unless it’s the smallest size, without having to pay. If there were other options near where I live I would forget about Starbucks. I have used the Starbucks app in the US and it is much better. Forget Starbucks unless it’s the only option and probably best to just make your own.

    Please stop signing out your users constantly, we use this application while we are waiting in line to order at your stores. Signing us out only slows down the service and frustrates your customers. Also, online ordering is slow and too many steps, please perform system and UI optimization. For items saved in favorites, please save the modifiers and default the quantity to 1 instead of zero. These are only extra steps leading to more frustration for your users and it is compounded by the poor application performance. I see that a new update was released but it signed me out and invalidated my credentials. The account was locked trying to sign back in and a password reset does not unlock the account.

    FIX YOUR APP!!! This is the most useless app I’ve used. It never works right—it’s impossible to add money to a Starbucks card, it doesn’t include seasonal items when using it to order, it can take up to 30 seconds for a new page to load, sometimes even after a page loads items will appear or disappear, and it won’t let you use rewards when ordering for delivery. Half the time it’s just random error codes.

    Love the UX, customisation of your order, linking with your Starbucks card, preorder, finding the nearest Starbucks near you but… …You can’t pay for your order. Useless.
