Works well, I’ve had this app for years now.

Had been using this VPN just fine for about 4 months, then a few days ago I started having issues with my mobile internet connectivity when not on WiFi. After much troubleshooting I found that disconnecting this VPN remedies the issue. Can you confirm or deny any others are having issues. Tried to click on app support, but link doesn’t connect properly.

Since the most recent update, I have had to turn off the VPN and WebTracker features. The update makes my VPN think my phone is not connected to WiFi, when I can clearly see that it is. And with WebTracker on, no sites will load any longer. Pleas fix ASAP, as the are two very important features that I specifically got this app for.

Unfortunately, like 99% of my apps are not loading and it was because of the trend micro vpn connection. Turning it off made the apps work again. I’ve had trend micro for years and I want to be able to continue using it. Please ensure that it is fixed so we can continue using the app we enjoy

Hello, I’ve been a user of this app for many years. I recently noticed that my safari stopped working (google.com wasn’t loading with a “server failed to respond” error), as well as image loading/sending, voice note loading/sending. I spoke with friends who use this app and they reported this issue as well. This is happening because web guard is enabled. If I turn off the web guard my cellular data works just fine (as my friends). I tried removing the VPN and adding it again, but still running into issues. Please fix this asap; the main reason why I use this app is because of web guard, and I will be forced to migrate to another app if this continues to happen.

Suddenly now can’t access home wifi with web guard on and wifi checker won’t connect to wifi this just started after most recent update

With the ever growing incidences of data breaches and impending identity theft, services like this are a powerful peace of mind knowing that these crimes are unpreventible.

Just think it’s a little expensive to renew. I know work goes into making, maintaining and updating, but it was $35 dollars more than the original setup.

The app forced me to my trend micro account over and over with no clear option how to update the app with the new activation code. Due to trend micro practice of charging existing customers full price to renew I let my subscription expire and purchase new, generally at a huge savings.
