I love this game and I have played it for years but they just put a new update in where there is nothing but ads. It’s so frusterating and there is so many you can’t even finish one challenge without getting hit with one.

I have been playing this game since 2013 and this is the worst it has ever been. It amazes me how a game that receives so much money from its paying customers can always screw them over. If it’s not one problem, it’s another. One day I will have trouble entering the game, the next day I can’t borrow from my friends. And when you do contact their lackluster support, you get the same old copy paste solution: clear your cache, restart, update, etc. Obviously I’ve already done all the troubleshooting steps which is why I contact support as a last resort! Being asked to do the same thing just makes me frustrated!! I only wish I could give this app zero stars. If you are a new player, I suggest playing another game!

Wow just another game that forces you watch random ads. This money hungry company demands you pay a monthly fee to not get ads forced down your throat. Will have to delete game because I refuse to pay for a company with morals like that. I don’t mind ads for game advantages but when you force ads for no advantages thats tacky and greedy. Shame on crowdstar for cheapening an otherwise premium well designed game.

Nice game but it’s really hard to get pass levels on the jet set designs. It’s like no matter how many times you change your outfits or buy new items you get no travel points it’s very frustrating.

I love playing this game. However, it can be very expensive! They do have offers for collecting diamonds that are less expensive. They include making purchases and/or donations through their app. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. Currently I am missing over 16,000 diamonds after making a donation to a charity. Customer service is very hard to contact and takes too long to resolve issues. That is why I give it only 3 stars! Update: They finally awarded my diamonds. So I went up to 4 stars! 04/23/2024 Update I am having a hard time getting customer service to answer me regarding purchases made. Covet Fashion is slow to reply in app and by email. 😡 Covet keeps saying I received diamonds that I have not received! 🤬😡

Ok so I don’t really play a lot of this game but it’s fun to play so I decided to play today and like all of my stuff was gone I only had like maybe one or two little like earrings, shoes and I know I had more than that and I was like what the heck and I was just trying to add like things so I can get more stars when I was dressing my character up I had nothing so basically like I have nothing and I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know if that’s an update because I know I did not have that Little I don’t know what to do because I don’t wanna buy everything and waste all my money so yes

I used to play this game all the time and now it doesn’t even let me play. I would have given this zero stars if it wasn’t the most entertaining game ever. Great game, no smarts though.

I started playing this game years ago, not long after it came out. I recently started playing again. I quickly remembered why I quit in the first place. The game itself is fun, however it is very much a “pay to win” type game. I purchased the premium fashion pass (for the first time to try it out) & multiple times I have completed a goal, but have not received the reward. As someone who is paying money to play this game, it’s EXTREMELY frustrating to not get what I’m paying for. The challenges seem to cost more or require more (expensive) items than I remember, but there is no change in the daily reward, which makes playing the game without paying real life money almost impossible. I don’t mind paying a small fee to get better, more expensive or even rare or exclusive prizes, but the amount they charge for what you get, isn’t worth it. Until they fix a lot of the system issues with receiving rewards & make it easier to level up without paying an arm & a leg, I'm deleting the app & I’m done paying to get nothing in return. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I played this game for like 7 years and one day it just quit working on my device and an error message started popping up that said restart. The box won’t go away and I cannot even GET INTO the game to send an in-app message. I’ve read this response from the developers in other people’s reviews on here. What am I supposed to do when I can’t even get into the game to send an in-app message? Yes I have restarted my device and updated it. Still the same error box is popping up.

Have troubleshooting issues. Can’t seem to fix it.
