I been on this game for years, all of a sudden,I am back to x3 on my ticket earning for voting! I paid awhile ago for x6 now yall took it? Then there is the login bonus,I get to 14,longin faithfully daily and yall set me back to one four times already! Please fix this? Thank you.

I’ve been playing this game since 2016. I’ve put money into this game and was in a fierce house for years, but after EA acquired the game, the decline began. I haven’t been able to borrow in two months which in this game is essentially and they've provided no updates on when that would be fixed. On top of that, their constant glitches and money-hungry grabs have ruined a once beautiful game. I'm not sure how much longer I'll continue to play.

I have been playing this game since 2019, and I used to love it. Now, I hate it because I have invested too much money into this game for it to now, not properly reward me. I have been buying the Fashion Pass, Covet Pass, and spending a lot of money on this game because I enjoyed it. Now the fashion pass, which is supposed to give you extra rewards for the Fashion Pass is not working. I am being SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF, STOLEN FROM, CHEATED, HUSTLED! It’s is not properly tracking my spending of Diamonds, so I am not getting the rewards, I have rightfully earned. Even though I have reached out to the Support Team and sent screenshots, no this has been resolved and it has been over 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GAME, it’s a RIPOFF!!! Even the prop credits all look the same. The Hair accessories are cute but they are expensive. The ones you win from playing games don’t go well with any challenges. So you spend money or diamonds on that all for nothing. Poor customer service. Poor game play.

I love covet and have played it for many years,However every time covet does something that seems like a step forward for the game they do something again that makes it feel like they have taken two steps back. Like giving us more freedom on which hair style we can use the HA with but then having this new thing where we have to bend over backwards to collect all these pieces to HA sets but then this HA pieces are hair style locked like the old HA use to be. Also giving us cool whimsical hair styles but making them not only cost a whole separate currency,crown currency, but also making them temporary which just feels like wasted effort to collect the new currency for. Or like the prop mystery boxes that cost like $20 for just ten pieces but even tho we are spending real money for it theres repeat pieces(which is ridiculous) and we just get those awful crowns as a “prize” for the repeat,tho lately we are able to win prop credits but it only helps the issue a little. There was even a time when they introduced a new fun thing with animated backgrounds in challnges but ended up having only one challnge with it and then it never happened again. Most recently a new thing was introduced where there would be some items we could style in different ways and I was so excited for that new feature….only for there to be a pay wall. I have the cc pass and often get the fashion pass as well. I often buy season change boxes and other item boxes and such as well. I don’t mind spending money on the game,however I feel making this new feature cost real money is just a slap in the face of everyone who was excited for it and a step back in the progress of the game. It doesn’t even specify if it’s just a one time charge like when increasing the tickets you get when voting or if you have to pay to use the different styles for each new style-able outfit that comes out. I love covet and tho I have heard of others who got frustrated with all this and quit the game or are on the verge of quitting I’ve never gotten tired of the game. However I am starting to lose the fun,excitement and anticipation I use to feel for the game from each of these disappointments. I hope the game can stop taking steps back that affect the games progress and the players motivation for playing so hopefully the anticipation and excitement for the game and its progress will be renewed.
EA’s getting greedy

Never written a review before, but this game drove me to. I’ve had this game for 11 years, playing it off and on, and when EA bought it, they started to boil the frog.
Challenges have been getting more expensive. The new season flashbacks expect you to spend some 10,000 diamonds for a mediocre hairpiece. I’ve been a F2P the entire time, but EA’s been squeezing everyone, trying to get them to crack and spend their irl money.
But what really highlights this, and what drove me to write the review in the first place, is their use of AI instead of human writers. The AI’s been churning out some really terrible challenge descriptions. Like, really terrible. Instead of a few paragraphs spent worldbuilding, you get 3 sentences with the blandest slop AI can churn out. Talk about tasteless.
It really highlights EA’s drive to squeeze as much profit as they can while delivering the lowest quality product they can get away with. Furthermore, them trying to gradually increase the AI descriptions alongside actually good, clearly creatively written ones, just feels insanely scummy. Like they’re trying to either sneak them in or get the playerbase adjusted to them.
The game isn’t all bad, it’s got some good stuff in it. It just feels like EA is continuously trying to see how much cost cutting or micro transaction maximization they can get away with.

Pros:
- Good graphics, doesn’t feel cheesy
- Easy to earn diamonds without spending real money, via daily bonuses, rewards and through watching ads
- I enjoy some of the themes, such as fantasy, date night and whatnot. (Covet, many of us love the fantasy themes so please keep them coming 💕)
Cons
- Earning virtual cash can sometimes take a while and prevent you from entering challenges due to not having enough money to meet the requirements. Although, since they’ve added the daily log-in bonuses, it’s been a bit easier
- Biased challenge themes? Maybe I’m looking into it too deeply, but I just notice that some of the themes tend to circulate a little too much. For a while, every other challenge had to do with being a model or a witch and lacked creativity. Also, Covet is politically biased, they should steer-clear of themes that have to do with current events to make it enjoyable for everyone.
I also noticed that unlike past holiday events, there were no entries geared toward other December holidays like Kwanzaa or Hanukkah. Maybe Covet could re-add challenges based on these holidays like it used to do.
- Voting. It’s unfair. They’re pitting lower-level users against players who have tons of expensive items. I sometimes just vote for the look that’s less impressive out of pity for the poor user who doesn’t stand a chance against the entry who’s got gobs of virtual and real-life currency to drop on items. Don’t like that, Covet? Then make the entries fair so that the voting can be fair, too.

this game used to be SOO fun i was completely obsessed. i would spend real money here and there because i loved it and it was worth it. Lately, the game is so glitchy and has been for months, the developers are aware of the glitches but don't seem to care to fix them. they keep adding new features that people do not like and ignore the features we BEG for. for example, every person has asked to use props in the left hand, instead they give a feature to "restyle" items that is locked behind a paywall. they continue to make changes thqt make the game worse and ignore their players/customers. support chat is 100% AI and never helps.
