    I have used PokerStars for years and enjoyed it. it’s not so much the app I will complain about, but the customer service and support or should I say the lack there of. I recently spent around $20 on money chips, my bank account was charged but I never received the chips. I contacted customer support and they told me the chips would be credited to my account within four days. I received nothing or heard nothing for about a week so I decided to follow up. The representative told me that they cannot refund or credit my account and I need to contact Apple for a refund. Apple Declined the refund. And poker stars said there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer support

  • Won’t Update on iPad

    It’s a great app but it will not update on iPad currently. It still works on iPhone but every time I try to open the app on iPhone it says to update then when I click update on App Store it goes through the update circle then goes back to update symbol.

Kindly contact us via Live Assistance and provide all the details of your account, so we can review it for you. You can do that by going to 'Help - Contact us'. If it doesn't wok for you, you can also write us on any preferred social media platform. Thanks for cooperation. It seems like they cannot grasp the fact that their “help” page does not work. So, there I go again. You have done 3-4 ‘updates’ and your blackjack in the casino section STILL does not work. AND your ’help’ page is absolutely useless. And as weird as it might seem, I do not have any social media accounts so this is still the only way for me to contact you. As for anyone who is ever thinking about downloading this game. DO NOT!!!!

    I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years….all of a sudden…they have glitches….I won over a billion coins using the casino….in one lucky hand, slot machine….its paused…..I took a pic of the win, the freeze up, the coins were not added…..like after I rebooted and everything, still no billion coins….can’t use the help or live talk…bc every time I try, the screen whites out the complaint boxes…tried calling, no number whatsoever to call….now after that happen….over $100 was taken out of my checking account…..and zero coins added….I’ve requested Apple to please refund my money…..been 48 hours and no response… They DO NOT HAVE ANYBODY WHO WILL TALK TO YOU LIVE OR ON THE PHONE PEDIOD…. And…..they make you on able to purchase like $99 worth of chips after you’ve made a number of purchases and been a member as long as I have…..join WSOP Gary Cloud (Louisiana252)…..I just deleted my app…

    I was charged without me knowing then when I went to the help tab in the app, the screen blurred out after a couple seconds. I couldn’t get help or ask for a refund. This is unethical, and very suspicious. I am working with Apple support at the moment to file an official report against your company for illegal activity. If you want to resolve this outside of court please text me at (503) 209-3541. Thanks for your response. I don’t need any more help from your company, just fix your support page in your app. No one can get help with their issues.

    I have been charged 49.99 and 99.99 and received no chips!!!! Told to go to help on app and it doesn’t work. Apple won’t refund the purchase. What is going on?!?!? This is a complete rip off!

    Hice dos compras de paquetes de fichas dentro de la app. De las dos compras ninguna se reflejó dentro de la app y solo recibí reembolso de parte de Apple por una sola de esas compras. Apple no me quiso dar reembolso por la segunda compra y esta app nunca me dió las fichas compradas. No vuelvo a comprar nunca más en esta tienda de aplicaciones ni en la aplicación misma! Robo total!

    Bought several orders of chips or so I thought as it said successful but seconds later I get a message that say “play money cashier sorry, your purchase was unable to be completed. Please try again later. The when I looked at my bank statement I was charged for them but never received them. I reported it through Apple and they denied my claim. This happened several different dates.
