I just got the iHealth glucose plus monitoring kit. This morning I used it for the first time the first time I used it. My reading was 90. I was showing it to my wife about 10 minutes later and did it again. That time my reading came up 109. I did not eat nor drink anything in between that 10 minutes.

All the instructions were easy to follow and easy to set up, this is my first time using a glucometer and I like that you can store all data I your cellphone to keep monitoring your overall health.

Update: I managed to figure out that iHealth Gluco+ app does not like or “play well” with a number of security apps (for example - Malwarebytes, Ad Blocker, Safari Security and probably other security apps). In order to use this app I have make sure these security apps are not open. That said, Norton 360 and Avira Security doesn’t seem to present any problems with this app. __________ This app use to work just fine … until recently. Now it tries to open and then crashes. If I do a soft or hard restart of my iPad, and then open only this app – it’ll work just once. The next time I try to open the app, it’ll do the same “try to open and then crashes.” BUT - if I can get it to open, and then leave it open in the background, it seems to work fine. Additionally, if I restart my iPad and have just one other app open in the background, this app won’t open (tries to open and then crashes). The only difference between when it use to work on my iPad and now is, I think, the recent update of the iPad to 17.4. So, my best guess is it appears that this app appears to be having a resource management problem with the latest IOS update. Unfortunately, to date, trying to get help from iHealth support has been a bit problematic for me. iPad Pro (5) iOS v.17.4 256GB

This app has work great for years. Now it just keeps crashing. I’m going to have to go to meter from another company. I’m using a 10th Gen iPad

First time using had trouble getting charger into glucometer. The reverse happened when trying to remove same. I suspect this will end badly therefore I cannot recommend this glucometer to people who depend on it for their wellbeing. Lauralee
