    I love Dollar General. Shopping there to get my couponing fix is the best feeling. I love the coupons that are given, all the deals, and clearance items. You can’t beat it.

    I have been loving this App u til recently. It was super easy to use and linked coupons to products it matched to. Showed my totals and discounts and amount I could expect to pay very clearly. It showed me if the coupons applied or if I haven’t quite met the requirement that there were deals available. However, the last month or so my coupons wouldn’t apply even though I had them clipped and met all the requirements. Costing me a lot more money than I expected to pay. I wasn’t getting cash back because the App wasn’t recognizing my purchase even though all other coupons came off using my phone number. Because of this and Ibotta being linked I wouldn’t get my Ibotta cash back either. Then this past Sunday the coupons wont load on the App at all. I cant see any of them. It just tells me Error and please try again. For days now! Ive uninstalled the App. Reinstalled. Logged in and out multiple times and its still not working. Ended up having to call customer service to delete my account. Had to wait 48hrs to set up a new one. Waiter and extra day. Was able to use the App for a day. Didn’t even make a shopping trip and it’s giving me the error message again. Im so done with the App and with Dollar General. I’ll do my shopping elsewhere from now on.

    Downloaded the app went through. Did everything like I was getting my account set up and yet I get to the end twice and it says we’re sorry we’re having issues, so maybe you guys might want to fix those issues.

    Several of us spend much time and a great deal of money at DG but none of the stores follow any policies or procedures. Each manager makes up his/her own rules and just never gets caught. Almost all employees discuss that they would say something but afraid of losing their jobs. This is EXTREMELY SAD.. DG truly needs someone who travels in their areas making sure policies and procedures are followed.. It’s also very sad that I a person who has never worked at DG knows more about the stores happenings that most all stores, Mgr’s, & employees. When I am in the stores and I hear another customer ask a question either they say to ask her because she knows store inside & out or they tell them no, we don’t have what customer is asking for without even looking so when then continue shopping I show them to the items they inquired about..I’ve yet to find shy employee who hasn’t said they’ve never been trained, never has any type of reviews. How does DG expect an employee to do better or work on those areas they need work in without any type of review as well as they rarely get any type of raise.. this is just such sad to know about DG’s and it’s truly making several of us and I do mean several of us shop elsewhere regardless of the great deals DG offers. I would love to discuss this in detail with someone which at that time I can give stores and examples but if nothing at all I hope training, policies, procedures and reviews begin for your employees so you stop all the turnover. You have lost a great deal of great employees. Thank you for your time, Teresa
