  • Never where I left off.

    The app never opens a show where I left off. Either the episode restarts at the beginning or it starts on a totally different episode. If I have to find where I left off I might as well not use the app at all.
  • Horrible customer service

    Waited 40 mins to speak to a joke. Had a simple issue with email mix up n was told this was an Apple problem yet it’s there site that’s giving me the issue and to change anything you need to long onto their site STARZ . Went from being a customer for 2 years to dropping them. Can’t fix simple problems you guys don’t deserve the 10$ a month for a subscription

    I just ordered Starz last month to watch Outlander, I love. What bothers me is when I went to watch something new and chose Black Sails, the first season isn’t there. Why have an app where you can watch the Starz originals and then only put part of it. I will say this, if it keeps happening then I will cancel my subscription after Outlander’s finale. There is no reason for me to pay for an app that I can’t watch the entire series.

    I can’t get the app to load. I’ve deleted, restarted my phone, deleted, and restarted my phone over and over. I’m canceling my account. Just terrible.
  • Don’t put the wrong email by accident

    I put the wrong email for my cable provider by accident and it doesn’t allow me to correct it. It just keeps saying my cable provider doesn’t have a stars subscription but I do. None of the other premium movie apps have done that. Sad that I can’t access anything while I’m mobile.

  • Will not load on M1 iPad Air

    The app no longer works. I’ve uninstalled, restarted the device, made sure everything was up to date and it gets stuck at the loading screen. It will not load.
  • Auto play feature needs to be disabled

    How do you stop the auto play feature? It is incredibly annoying. Force usually shows a preview of the next episode at the end. The stupid auto play feature always comes on before I can see the preview. On top of it, the auto play typically shows me something I would never watch. This is highly irritating. Why can’t I, as a subscriber turn off this feature? This is creating a poor user experience within the app. Thanks for your consideration.

    How do Apps like Tubi have a better UI than the STARZ app when half of their content is bootleg and underfunded? HBO MAX refreshed their app and it looks and feels 100 times better. STARZ, it’s time to update the user interface. Makes my $1,800 iPad Pro feel like a $90 tablet off Amazon. Slow, glitchy and above all the app throws you off course. Two seconds into looking at another app or notification and the pause you made turns into an episode restart. Please fix these bugs and refresh this app before you lose a loyal fanbase due to frustration. You’re better off losing us to bad content which you DONT have so please fix this. It’s not hard.

    3 improvement suggestions: - need to add ability to skip the intro on your series. Pressing the button to advance 10 seconds at a time is remedial - app needs to do a better job at remembering where I left off - many times it restarts an episode from the beginning whether on the same device or across multiple devices - need a way to explicitly remove something from the Continue watching section - don’t make me wait however long your default timer lasts
