    I was given a promotion code to pay 6 dollars a month and I paid it then when I went on the app it’s showing reactivate subscription for 10:99 I click on it because I thought they would work out the difference but they charged my account twice and I have no idea how to get back my money I tried canceling but they offer me 4:99 to keep subscription so am I suppose to pay again that’s a lot

    Haven’t had a good experience with the Starz app. I’ve watched several movies and it never saves the spot where I left off. It starts movies completely over and I have to try and remember where I was.

    Why is it that if you are in the middle of watching a show, it does not show up on your homepage for easy access. Additionally when you pause an episode and want to go back in later, it starts you from the beginning and you have to manually search for the part you were up to? It’s 2024 for crying out loud and every streaming platform has this most basic feature. Why can’t you figure it out??? I should get a refund for doing the work for you every time I watch something. This needs to be fixed. I see a review from 3 YEARS AGO complaining of this same problem. How have you not fixed it yet??? Disgraceful

    I can’t access my app because it’s giving me an error that is telling me I’m on a VPN or in another country and neither is the case
  • High quality playback, except on my 2022 Samsung 65"

    Works well for all of my devices and other TVs, but, for some reason, won't play anything on my 2 year old Samsung 65". I get a playback error with latest version of STARZ app for my Samsung. Seems to be an app specific issue since STARZ works fine on other HDTVs, iPhone, iPad, etc, and my all of my other streaming services work fine on the Samsung. The selection of movies is well worth the low annual subscription price of $70. I just wish Samsung and STARZ could work out a solution for affected Samsung TVs. I got an Apple 4K TV for the Samsung and that plays STARZ fine so a work-around is in place. As for resolution and quality of picture, no complaints. We have experienced -no buffering- issues at all either. The app connects and works smoothly and efficiently. But, if you have a Samsung (other makes affected too?) TV, you might experience issues and need an optional playback device for it to work with STARZ.
  • Slow starts back at beginning of episode

    If you stop in the middle of an episode and go back later the app does not take you back to that spot. Most of the time it starts from the beginning of the episode and in occasion it goes back to beginning of the series! Very frustrating. It is also slow. No issue watching on the tv but app on phone and iPad is bad.
  • Issue with SharePlay on iPad

    My partner and I are trying to watch something on starz and it keeps giving us constant error messages ranging from us not being in the U.S or us having more than 4 devices. When the error messages doesn't pop up, one of us can play the movie/show but the other participant can't see the movie and vice versa. we contacted apple, we contacted Starz and we also contacted our ISP.
