I have been using this app for over 8 years. I would like to think that you want to keep your customers. I understand customer service tries to help, but all of the codes that were given to me never worked. All I wanted was my purchases to be brought back. I’d like to be contacted by somebody who can actually help resolve this issue. Thank you. Update: There isn’t a new version to download. Your new version is not working. Customer support DOES NOT RESPOND!

I used to live this app and found it helpful. After the last “upgrade” I’ve had nothing, but issues. Crashes, glitchy, and cannot sign in without a new round of issues. The help desk tries to be helpful, but offers band aids and work arounds. No real solutions. I Used to be my favorite app.

The app changed A LOT recently. I'm not liking the new design. Some of the subliminals I was listening to are gone. I canceled. Not a fan.

I used to love this app! I could create a play list and use it during work or while I slept and I really felt like it worked fantastic and could see and feel the changes I was looking for over time. But then… They did an update and I lost my playlists and the new version doesn’t have the option to create a playlist (at least I can’t see one) and the music now “skips” (I don’t know how streaming music does that but they found a way) which creates jarring moments when I’m listening or using it for sleep or meditation. You can only play one song at a time so you wind up listening to the same thing over and over or having to get out of flow to change to another track. Overall, very poor choices by the developers. I paid for a year subscription and now I feel that I’m stuck with a mostly useless app. Fix the “skipping” music and gives us back playlists.

I’ve been using this app for many years with satisfaction and this new version is awful. And the design is off putting. It took away all the features I loved about the app and replaced them with features that are useless to me. It’s like they tried to add a whole other app to this one and it’s a jumbled mess. This was a 5 star app for me and now it drives me to insanity to just play my purchased recordings. You guys should have just kept your apps separate. Utter failure.

About a year ago (maybe a little longer) there was a promotion where I paid for a lifetime premium access. And I have been using it most every night since…until last week when the app updated and now it won’t even recognize my email😠 couldn’t find another place to address my concern. I really hope this gets fixed.

I loved this app until they changed it. Now I can’t log in and my playlist is gone.

I use this almost every night, extremely low volume, and feel that I have better sleep (feel better in the morning) when I do. I listen to a playlist of a dozen or so, so it doesn’t even end until just before sunrise. I’ve always slept really well, so don’t really need this, so it’s noticeable that I feel I sleep better WITH it than without. Prior issues have been resolved but: What is the deal with the CONSTANT and REPEATED requests for “permission to paste from messages”? Subliminal doesn’t NEED that access, and I can’t even see any scenario in which that would be necessary, so what is the deal? It’s been 2 or 3 or more pop ups every time I’ve opened the app for weeks (it’s currently late Nov 2023). Never happened before. It’s kind of obnoxious and unnecessary.
