  • Constant breaking news alerts that are not breaking news

I love having a local paper. But the constant breaking news alerts are ridiculous! Today is the eclipse and one of the breaking news alerts was actually there’s an eclipse. Where do you get your glasses? I don’t consider that breaking news.

Great paper that’s easy to view on digital. Also my experience with the customer service area has been excellent!

Useful news delivered daily. Keeps me informed. Almost a single source.
  • Unreadable!

Between the pop-up ads, the bar that conceals the top of the USA Today pages, and the “navigation “ tools that send you away from your current page every 30 seconds, the app interferes more with reading the paper than enables it. Very user unfriendly!

I’m sight impaired. How can I print and at the same time enlarge suduko so I can see it? Before in print edition ap it was easy!
  • Terrible update

This latest update is horrible. Can’t enlarge the print edition with out crashing and re-loading. There is a constant horizontal gray banner that covers the entire screen at the top cutting across the print.

I don’t need to recycle a paper every day - It’s delivered to my phone, early each morning. Super convenient!

Gannett has ruined journalism across the country, and the Citizen-Times is no exception.

Love the look of this app, and the inclusion of the epaper. That said, there is absolutely no reason a subscriber, properly logged into the app, should have to wade through the nonstop adverts asking them to subscribe.
