    First it crashed, then I couldn’t stream. Now I can’t watch live news. Error 6000. That’s all I see. Error 600. Why only this app? I dont have this problem with Netflix or Max. I really want a credit.

  • Black picture Apple TV

    I was trying to watch Bob Marley one love on Apple TV. I hit play and started working for a while. Then the picture blanked out went black. I shut down the app swiped it off and rebooted it. Same thing happened so I deleted the app completely then reinstalled it logged in and tried again with the Bob Marley, same thing blank picture. This is all happening on the Apple TV with the Paramount app. So now I’m gonna try to use my TV and login. I have a Vizio TV and I’m gonna see if the app works on there to watch the movie. I would rather prefer it work on the Apple TV device instead of having to use the TV interface, which I said does not work very well and it is slow. It’s just not the same as Apple TV device but I hope you all fix the app so it works. The app also has a bad rating then again it does even have that many ratings to even give it a fair rating but it probably got a bad rating because of the blank picture on the movie now I’m gonna try my Vizio tv and see how that works.

  • Worse steaming app that I have used

    Lots of problems with this app. On all three of my tvs, when I click on the app icon it tells me that there is technical difficulties but proceeds to the app’s Home Screen and quickly kicks me out of the app completely. And apparently the app can’t quite remember where you left off when viewing reruns. Sometimes it is two episodes off. During some of the NCIS reruns, when the program is about 15 minutes from finishing, suddenly it starts from the beginning and I have to fast forward to see the ending.

    The only reason I even downloaded the premium $12.99/month plan was to watch the masters tournament. Then you open the app to a giant Masters banner and when you click it it just takes you to a totally random show. Resetting/closing the app does nothing.

  • Freezes Constantly

    It’s really impossible for me to enjoy any show on paramount plus because it freezes constantly and I can’t get through even five minutes of a show without constant freezing and restarting. My internet speed is smoking fast (over 150 MPS) and I’m the only one using it. I use this app with my fire tv and this is the only app that gives me such trouble. I’ve tried it all to fix it. Deleting all app caches, forced stopped everything, deleted app and reloaded. Same problem over and over again. I miss the days when software developers actually produced products that worked and companies wouldn’t tolerate this type of shotty programming.
