Just read the rest of the reviews. Can’t even log in to get started. Online login to the digital version does not work either. Stick with the printed book.

Login works fine for website, login does not work for app, cannot reset password. Emailed support - absolutely NO response. Don’t waste your time. The developers of this app have never been required to use it since it does not work.

Come on Milepost, I purchase your book then have to pay for a half-baked app that only works when I have internet service-IN ALASKA, REALLY? Please have your team step away from their desks and make something that really works and is helpful when traveling around Alaska WITHOUT INTERNET! I and many others would be willing to pay for something like that. ……until then Google or Apple Maps is more helpful, and they are free.
  • No issues logging in

Saw the reviews saying issues logging in. I had already set up the account and was logged in on the browser when I downloaded app. I clicked the 2022 version and it downloaded right away. No issues. I think the idea of downloading a separate app rather than making it available through Apple Books or Amazon Kindle is dumb. I hate that its done this way. My 2 star rating is really a rebuke of this process. However the app does work.
  • You took something perfect and killed it.

    * Requesting a full refund* Having driven up and down the AlCan 8 times in the past 30 years, it's been a staple to use the milepost, a hi-liter, and then reach out to the locals along the way for updates. Why in God's name would you build an app that maps the wilderness of Canada and Alaska that NEEDS to use the internet? Your app was replaced by a free map at the Stewart cutoff from a very friendly local. I TRIPLE DOG DARE you to travel to Alaska using your own ap.
  • It's 2022 and still can't log in

Same as another reviewer, I bought the book and was anticipating the convenience of using the app. The web-based version of the book is not worthwhile. But even though I can log in to view that no problem, I can't log into the app, so that's a disappointment.
  • Terrible. Do not buy

The Milepost is a great resource but they should be ashamed of this product. Very expensive and does not download. Completely worthless. I am so angry and want my money back.

I installed the app and purchased the 2019 edition as an in app purchase for $24.99. As of one week, I’ve never been able to view a single page of it because when I try to view it, a pop up appears telling me I need to purchase it (again). I actually tried to purchase it again and another pop up appears telling me I already purchased it. I’m then given the option to view/download it and when I click it, a pop up appears again telling me I need to purchase it. It’s been this cycle repeatedly. Now the shady stuff...they have a fake number listed so you can’t actually contact them to talk to someone (907-272-6070). They have two locations...I went to both and there’s nobody there for you to talk to at either one even though I went 4 times at different times of the day each time on weekdays between 9an-4pm...I was able to find a 1-800 number which I called and I was put on hold for a very long time after I explained my problem...they then told me they were transferring me to someone named Dave who would help me. After another long hold...I was connected to a voicemail asking me to leave my number and they’d call me back. Needless to say...that didn’t happen. Please read other reviews before you make the same mistake I did.
