There are many lies and false information that this company will give you be careful they will mess your credit score up telling you you have a chance at a loan or credit card or auto loan
  • Disputes

I don’t like that when u dispute something u get absolutely no feed back and it seem like you can only dispute once every 6 months. Someone fraudulently turned on electric in my name and they will not remove that from my credit report. Needless to say i refuse to pay that bill that is not mine. I also get that it’s not this site’s problem but just wish things were a little better.
  • Drive score too sensitive

I tried the drive score to check insurance rates and it keeps dining me for hard breaking and sharp turns. I tried driving nice and slow making sure to turn slowly and not break hard and it’s still dinging me for these two things for no reason. It’s broken don’t use it . Yeah got a great score of 89 but should be higher due to the failed reporting of hard breaking and sharp turn events. Most likely a scam to get higher rates for folks and kick back from the insurance agencies they recommend.

This app is first and foremost designed to solicit you, loans, credit cards insurance etc. A place to review and manage finances comes a distant second.
