    Did this app crash?? I’m trying to download so I can receive tickets and it simply won’t let me. Super annoying.

  • New version of App does not work on all iPhones

    This is the only way to access my ticket and the app does not work on my iPhone. It requires iso 16 or higher and my updated version is 15.8. The old app worked just fine but the new app forces me to update to something my phone will not allow. So frustrating every time i go to the ballpark. Please Fix your app!!!!

    Refuses to let me log in to accept forwarded tickets. I know my credentials are correct but I went to reset password and it won’t let me. So dumb to make you download this trash just to access a ticket you already own

  • MLB is shooting themselves in the foot!

    Tried to get tickets for first responders and wouldn’t allow the use of the code. When I resolved the issue, the code was no longer available. Making things way harder then they need to be. Go back to paper tickets. At least give a option for a paper ticket. This makes you want to never go to a game again.

    This application is stating that I cannot access my tickets because I put in the wrong email address, but I put in the correct one verified it. It still does not have my tickets. Hopefully somebody who will actually answer this and help me find tickets. I I also tried to put in a help ticket, but it refused to let me submit it. This is the worst app I’ve used in a long time.
