    The deposit by phone feature often doesn’t work until after multiple attempts. It is random and sometimes I need to wait a day or two to get it accept the check. I have had this issue for over a year - since I began using it. Amazing they have not found a way to correct this.

    It has taken 3 attempts to deposit a check and two phone calls. It would have been easier to go to the bank.

    Limits the check amount on mobile deposits to $2500 which impacts many business accounts. App also does not have ability to view/print statements. These are basic functions that all banks should have the ability to do.

    Way too many things to write on the back of the check to make a deposit. Why can’t we just sign it and send it like every other major bank. Even having to write for mobile deposit only would be fine.

    Very old and antiquated. Needs auto capture and fewer endorsement requirements.

    Mansfield bank finally upgraded their app to include a running balance. Now we are back to no running balance again. This feature is offered by most institutions and nice to have
