    I just updated the app and now it doesn’t work. Only a black screen. Tried everything and nothing works.

    Not only is this company a monopoly that is destroying the ticket industry and making it so that more and more Americans cannot afford to go to events anymore, their app is also straight trash. Takes 1 million years to do anything, always makes you change your password with some convoluted requirements, and overall horrendous

    What a horrible app. I keep updating it with the hope that I’ll actually be able to see my event tickets through the app and I never can. This has been the past three versions at least. Whoever designed these updates needs to work somewhere else; they’re not capable of doing the job. The app is beyond garbage, no sense in using it because it can’t help you.

    Has to be the worst application I’ve ever used, never stays signed in, is basically just a call to the website, and predatory business practices. I may just avoid future events if my tickets are going to be through this service.

    I am unable to view my tickets after I changed my mind on selling so I unlisted, now when I try to view my tickets it’s showing no info and it’s saying that it’s still listed when I can’t even unlist it anymore, I tried to contact customer service about it but they aren’t helping

    When events are postponed or dates changed, TICKETS DO NOT UPDATE IN THE APP causing people to miss concerts

    Ticket master has been fairly good to me over the years minus the additional fees which are outrageous, but I’ve had good luck securing concerts I’ve enjoyed over the years

  • Beware Pages Blank Out

    The functions properly for the most part, but while switch to Map view from List, zooming in & out on sections can sometimes makes the whole page turn white, excluding the top text. Unfortunately experienced this while trying to secure Cowboy Carter tickets and had to sit through another lengthy que after backing out to refresh the Map / List. Otherwise, everything works fine. It is difficult to see exact seat placement solely from the List view though.
