I understand that this company changes the cup size and price for the “special editions”, but how can y’all literally keep the prize the same but decrease the cup size when a person purchases the frosted version of the special editions. That really grinds my gears!! That’s also just being greedy!!

2 reasons I am dining in at chick fil a are: great food selections and awesome staff. Chick fil A is not like any other fast food restaurants, you excel with your customer service. Your employees care. I am giving everyone a pat on their back for a job well done. Keep up your great customer service.

Ive been a signature member for some time now and chick fil a has been an honor to eat at. First of all… the customer service aspect at the store i go to has consistently been amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. There will always be a couple people that hate working there or are having a bad day BUT they still work to push the friendly demeanor that is the “pleasure” experience. Second is the food Quality. By far the best bang for your buck. They make it fresh every time. They make it hot. Its perfectly assembled almost every time! I love it. Third is the app itself. The customer service on the app is FAST! I don't complain when i go there because they get it right majority of the time. On the off chance something is messed up and its before close or something along those lines, you can submit the app request a complaint. its taken care of in less than two days (from my experience). Then they flood you with “I'm sorry” rewards. Brilliant. On top of that the point based system is pretty solid with rewards coming cheaper than most places to grind for. Thank you for your service chick fil a :) its been “my pleasure” to have you guys serve me with kindness and substantial food.

Best fast food restaurant app hands down. Points, rewards, free food and more. I get mad when I forget to scan my app lol

Very frustrating when you try to upload only 2-3 receipts a week from your food orders and it tells you that you are no longer allowed to upload any more. Any other food app allows unlimited uploads if you missed scanning your points when at the restaurant so I find this to be very disappointing.

Chick fil a is the best !
